CEO in 20's

CEO in 20s was a 1-day entrepreneurship summit organized by MiniMBA in association with Value Kreation and Radio City at Chitnavis Centre, Nagpur. Here we invited 13 startup founders of Nagpur who were in their 20s to talk about their startup journey & inspire entrepreneurship enthusiasts. The attendees also got an opportunity to intern with these startups & get an experience of working in a startup.

About CEO in 20s

The event started with a welcome note from Baldev Singh Rawat, co-founder at Value Kreation, and proceeded with a hour-long panel discussion, hosted by Baldev. The members of the 1st panel discussion were as follows: 

 

  • Ankit Sharma, Founder @ Buzo media

  • Simran Dua, Founder @ ADARA 

  • Diksha Khare, co-founder @ Makxenia Engineering Resource 

  • Gaurav Totla, co-founder @ Universe Virtural Reality 

  • Vivart Rangari, co-founder & music producer @ CoCreato

  • Akhilesh Tripathy, Co-Founder @ Aerizone 

 

The entrepreneurs shared their journey of how they started their entrepreneurial journey, and the challenges they faced to create a business. 

The event proceeded to rapid fire round where CEOs were asked quick questions about their interests, hobbies and the type of content they consume. The attendees enjoyed this round, and got some good recommendations to add in their content watchlist. The following entrepreneurs participated in the rapid fire round:

  • Abhilash Khobragade, Founder, Tgloo 

  • Ravi Ganjre, Co-Founder, Thinksolar

  • Prasen Lonikar, CTO, Rupeerabbit

 

After the fiery rapid round, the entrepreneurs and the attendees cooled themselves over a hot cup of tea & got to know each other better. People with similar interests aligned themselves and exchanged ideas.

The crowd recharged themselves for the power packed session ‘How to become a CEO’ by Baldev. He shared the steps one needs to follow to start a company become a CEO. The session was filled with useful insights and actionable steps. 

 

The summit ended with a second round of panel discussion with the following entrepreneurs:

Here entrepreneurs discussed their instances & stories of fundraising and expansion, and how one with a good idea and a revenue model can pitch to investors and raise funds for their startup.
